Every Jebij piece is made to order in our fourth-generation workshop and shipped worldwide free, fully insured, and tracked end to end. Here's everything to know before you order.

🕑 Delivery timelines

Most orders arrive within about four weeks of ordering. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays; customs clearance can occasionally add time (see below). You'll receive your tracking number the moment your order ships.

📦 How we ship

• 🛡 Fully insured until delivery. Every shipment is covered end to end, from our workshop door to yours.
• 🚚 Trusted international couriers. We ship via reliable carriers on the fastest available route for your destination, with express options on request.
• ✍️ Signature on delivery. A signature is required for every order — fine jewellery never gets left on a doorstep.
• 🎁 Beautifully packaged. Your piece arrives in signature Jebij packaging, ready to gift or treasure.
• 📄 Full documentation included. IGI, GIA, or GRA certificates and all relevant paperwork ship with every order.

🌎 Where we ship

We deliver to 30+ countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand — the full list is available at checkout. Free insured shipping applies everywhere we deliver.

📦 Lost or delayed shipments

If a shipment is officially declared lost by the courier, we'll ship a replacement or issue a refund — resolved together with you, whichever you prefer. If tracking hasn't moved for several days, reach out and we'll chase the courier on your behalf.

🛂 Customs & import duties

• ℹ️ International orders may attract customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees set by your destination country. These are not included in our prices and are payable by the recipient. We recommend checking your country's import rules before ordering.
• 📄 We prepare all required export documentation and are happy to assist with paperwork for smooth customs clearance.
• ⏱️ Customs processing times are outside our control and can add a few days, particularly for first-time destinations. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.

🔧 Repairs

We stand behind our craftsmanship. Repairs and exchanges outside the return window are handled case by case — we'll assess your piece and share a quote for your approval before any work begins. Contact us to arrange it.
