1. Production & Dispatch Time

Most of our jewellery pieces are handcrafted with care.

  • Standard production time: 5–15 business days
  • For time-bound or urgent orders, please contact us before placing your order to confirm feasibility.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

We ship worldwide using reliable and fully insured carriers.

  • India Post (Standard Shipping)
  • FedEx / DHL (Express Shipping)

Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Shipping (India Post): 5–25 business days
  • Express Shipping (FedEx / DHL): 3–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, local courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

3. Tracking, Insurance Policy & Delivery Confirmation

  • All shipments include tracking and transit insurance.
  • A signature upon delivery is mandatory for all orders.
  • If a shipment is officially declared lost by the courier, Jebij will either:
    • Ship a replacement, or
    • Issue a refund

Final resolutions will be mutually agreed upon with the customer.

4. Import Duties, Taxes & VAT

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country.
  • These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and must be paid by the buyer.
  • We recommend checking your country’s import regulations before placing an order.
  • Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.

5. Repairs & Exchanges

We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery.

  • Repairs and exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • Depending on the nature of the work required, a repair or exchange quote will be provided for customer approval before processing.
