1. Return & Refund Policy

7-Days to 14-Days Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

  • Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days to 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, including the original box and accompanying documents.
  • Returns are subject to strict quality and authenticity checks, given the high value of fine jewellery.
  • The store will give store credit as a credit note for the approved returned product, which customers can use to make future purchases. The total refund amount will have only applicable shipping charges deducted from it.
  • The company holds complete authority to determine both return procedures and store credit approvals. We may apply a restocking fee, and any amount will be issued as store credit for a future order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or personalized jewellery
  • Engraved jewellery
  • Sale or promotional items
  • Custom-made orders

Restocking Fee

  • A 20% restocking fee applies to all approved returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
  • Shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned item:
    • Is received by us
    • Passes our quality assurance inspection

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing timeframe.

  • Ring carat weight may vary depending on ring size
  • Manufacturing tolerances may apply due to finishing processes
  • Gemstone and pearl measurements may vary by 0.5 mm
  • For jewellery with multiple diamonds, the total carat weight reflects a minimum or average, as stated

6. Jewellery Certification

  • All natural and lab-grown diamond jewellery is accompanied by IGI Certification and is marked for gold purity.
  • Other fine jewellery items are engraved with specifications in accordance with industry standards.
