How much does the design consultation cost?
Nothing. The design consultation and quote are free, with no obligation to order. Tell us your idea and we reply within 24 hours.
How long does a custom piece take?
Every Jebij piece is made to order, which usually takes about 2 weeks once your design is approved. We confirm the timeline for your design in your quote.
Which metals and stones can I choose?
We work in gold, lab-grown diamond and moissanite, and in 925 sterling silver. Tell us what you have in mind and we will suggest the best options for your design and budget.
Will my stone come with a certificate?
Yes. Stones come with a grading certificate, and our metal is hallmarked.
Is shipping free? Can I return a custom piece?
Shipping is free and fully insured. Because custom pieces are made just for you, returns on them follow our Terms and Conditions for Customized Jewellery rather than our standard 30-day return policy. Please read them before you order, and ask us anything first.
Who makes my jewellery, and how do I reach you?
Your piece is handcrafted in our own workshop in Ahmedabad, India, which is why we can offer workshop-direct pricing. Our marketing office is in Austin, Texas. Email info@jebij.com; our support hours are 8 AM–5 PM Central.
